SHIPPING POLICY
Unassy Hair, is committed to providing efficient shipping and convenient pickup options for all of our hair products and wigs.

Ready to Ship Wigs: Orders placed for Ready to Ship wigs will be shipped the next business day after the order is placed.

Preorders: All preorder items are shipped within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Weekend Orders: Any orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
Pickup Option:

Pick-up is available from 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM Tuesday through Friday and until 3:00 PM on Saturday.

We are closed for pickups on Sundays and Mondays.
Each order comes with insurance for added peace of mind. However, Unassy Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event of a lost package, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Please note that you are required to complete a Buyer Form before placing your order. This ensures accurate processing and delivery of your order.
Refund and Return Policy
The items on our website and in-store are final sale. We cannot offer exchanges and refunds. Unassy Hair is not Responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Please contact the customer support team if you have any questions about your order before ordering. Check your order thoroughly, within 24 hours of receiving your order Contact Support with your order details, if you have questions about your item. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges and refunds are not accepted. All items are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Once you place your order, you may not cancel it.

5. Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or update our digital hairstylist services. You will be notified of any significant changes that may affect your experience and will receive an updated version Digital product.
